		<description>I agree with you. It is so true that we dont see the nutritious value of what ever we are eating when we are on a diet. Like there are many diet plans in which you only take proteins or only eat bananas. Remember one thing access of anything is not good for your body. 		<description>Someone told me that if you shop the first and last aisles of the supermarket you&#039;re doing all right (the produce and the refridgerated sections).  That way you are sticking to more natural foods.  The packaged stuff is convenient (and tasty) but generally not as good for you.

But boy do I wish I loved spinach as much as I do candy! hehe

I&#039;ve been chronicling my vegetarian journey... just 11 days old (oh wait.... nearly 12 now LOL) Anyway, I haven&#039;t eaten much in the way of processed meals, but like Carrie in your story, snacking is a HUGE issue, and even &#039;diet food&#039; (pretzels?? blech!)

Anyway...I was surfing tonight and stumbled across your blog.You&#039;ve got some really great stuff here!
