Welcome to DietMe, a new Women blog apart of this blog is a dream i trust that dreams come true. There are already ton of good fitness blogs out there. I initially have the same thought until someone pointed out the blogs are like conversations. And you can never have too many good chats about topic that’s close to your heart.Join me as I take us behind the diet fitness, sit down with culinary celebrities and bring you the latest in the diet food, fitness tips a diary of diet. Hopefully after reading this journal for a while you’ll know what to do and what not to do for a healthier life and fit body.In this blog i am going to journal my Diet and weight lose progress hoping to lose the weight i have gained , in the last two years … although its not my first time to diet as well i never stopped dieting in my life.all of my family are over wight . i am willing to lose at least 25 lbs by Christmas, i am on a challenge at ediets .com to lose 20 lbs but for my personal challenge is to lose 25 lbs by the 25th of December 2007 well i will work for it .
