Slim Shots Appetite Controllers

I have been hearing a lot about Slim Shots Appetite Controllers. It seems like every time I turn around the commercial is on the air.

Today I decided to do a little research. I just may decide to try the product. Slim Shots claim to trigger the mechanism that controls appetite. So, they satisfy hunger for   relatively long periods of time.

Because of this you end up eating less and you don’t have to sacrifice all of your favorite foods. Sounds great doesn’t it? I think so.

Slim Shots are packaged in containers about the size of an individual coffee creamer. This makes it easier to use them on the go and they are convenient because they don’t have the refrigerated.

You can drink them straight or add them to products such as cereal, shakes, yogurt and coffee. The first week you’re supposed to take two shots per day… one at breakfast and one at lunch.   After that they say that one shot, at breakfast, will probably be adequate. (Keep in mind though that response rates vary.)

It is safe for anyone to take. However, they do recommend that you speak to your doctor before trying the product, if you are taking any kind of medication. It’s even suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Slim Shots is vanilla in flavor. It contains natural oat and Palm oils. It also contains artificial sweetener and vanilla flavor, as well. Vanilla lovers rejoice!

One container of this product contains 20 calories. It takes two to three hours to start working, depending on the individual who is taking it.   Everybody is different. Because Slim Shots contain no caffeine, they won’t cause the jitters.

Although it is quite new, in the US, Slim Shots has been available around the world, for several years.

The website reminds us that portion control is important, when dieting. It is suggested that you fill your plate, just a third full when eating.   They tell us to consider a serving size to be the amount that fits in the palm of our hand. Yikes!

Fruity Diet Shakes

Do you incorporate meal replacement shakes into your daily diet? Do you have a hard time drinking them, because of there taste? If you answered ‘yes’ to both of these questions, you might want to try the following tip.

Blend a piece of fruit and some crushed ice, into the shake. Not only does this add to the taste but it makes the shakes a lot thicker, as well.

There have been several studies conducted, which have shown that dieters who did incorporate meal replacement shakes into their menu plan were much more likely to lose weight, over an extended period of time than those who did not.

Try a banana in a chocolate shake or a fresh peach in a vanilla shake… there are many other yummy flavor combinations, in addition to these. See just how creative you can get.

Coffee – It’s Better for You Than You Might Think

If you love coffee, I have good news for you. Recent studies have shown that it’s healthier than you might think… as long as you don’t drink it with lots of sugar and whole milk. (Either black or with non-dairy creamers and artificial sweeteners, is best.)

Coffee is packed with disease fighting antioxidants. Studies prove that drinking it may help reduce cavities, improve a bad mood, boost your energy and alleviate headaches.

Even better, it is said to lower your risk of colon cancer, type 2 diabetes, gall stones, cirrhosis of the liver, and Parkinson’s disease. Not bad for one little cup of java!

Of course, I don’t recommend that you drink 3 pots, a day. The majority of the studies performed, were based on 2-3 cups, per day.
