About the gym i did go to the gym today and my instructor give us new news that every week Thursday but i am so So exited about it i don’t want weight in in the gym.
So that’s tomorrow I don’t feel in the mood to go but there is no way I should go.

She say to us she will give us a record sheet and we need to sign it up every class I go to  this coming week up to next Thursday new week weight in …
And that make it to hard for me .. but i am going for it i will update here as i come back from the gym with a big smile i hope. i need a lot of support but i hope this time i could do it i am going to post a page for this new challenge and i am going to call it a Aspire New Life will you like to join me! bodybugg System

i am staring to save for my Bodybugg system i have seen some of my friends at SP use it and they are doing good and losing weight so i will save to order my first system this week or next i need it …

How does it work?

You wear the BodyBugg as an armband during the day and any time you want to measure calories you are burning. It has four sensors that gather information from gyrometers, heat sensors, and measure things like galvanic impedance. Benefits of Walking

888081_20053488.jpgI’m sure you probably realize that inactivity is not good for you. Everyone needs to partake in some sort of exercise. It doesn’t have to be strenuous. Even something as simple as walking will improve your overall health and your frame of mind.

Walking will help to loosen your muscles. It will also help to reduce stress, depression and anxiety. By eliminating these things, from your life, you will find that sleep better, as well.  So, when you wake up each morning you will feel happier and more rested.

If you start walking, in the morning, it will to help wake you up, while boosting your energy at the same time. In addition, walking will help you burn fat and calories. You really will notice a big change in how you feel the rest of the day.

 Start out at a slow steady pace, walking only as far as you feel comfortable. Try to pick up the pace and walk just a little further, every day. Remember, your goal, when walking is to work up to a brisker walk, which makes you sweat at bit but doesn’t make you out of breath.

 Take a short walk before and after meals to calm your nerves and to help you burn calories. Doing so, will also give you energy, relieve that stress from the long day and help you sleep.

 When you start walking, you might want to consider the possibility of inviting someone to walk with you. The University of Michigan Health System found while, performing an analysis of nine separate studies, that walking is very beneficial to those trying to lose weight… even if they aren’t on an actual diet.

They tell us that individuals who participate in a pedometer based walking program will probably lose at least a modest amount of weight, without changing the way they eat. The longer that these same participants stayed in the program the more weight they lost.

week 5

in general i am doing well in my diet and exercise the way to NewMe and i am happy from my progress, every thing have up and down .

but i am up to know up and motivated. i am doing my exercise up i could get in the minimum of 1000 cal per day.

any way today is my weight in for week 5 i am in my way to th GYM now . i started some PsP classes and i will start to do my own graphics for the site.

i did join Runner+ and i am really enjoying it ,i did join three challenges and today i am working to be no 1 or try to win the Starling Fitness Level 1 challenge, i am working on it .
