Pilates

this past week i start to join Pilates class and we start to learn how to breath . the main fact to get good results out of pilates is to learn how to active your muscles.

    Pilates is my chosen form of workout. It’s always effective without being to awkward or strenuous on the body. It’s one of the few things that feels good both during and after wards. I hope you’re enjoying it too.
